Payment & Billing

• Payment for services is due at the time of consultation, unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, card and bank transfers.
• A detailed invoice will be provided for all services rendered.
• Patients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage and for any co-payments or deductibles.
• Fees for services are subject to change without prior notice; however, patients will be informed of the applicable fees before their consultation.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Patients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Refunds for services already rendered are generally not provided. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Clinic Director, particularly in cases of demonstrable error or dissatisfaction with the service provided. A written request for a refund, outlining the reasons for the request, must be submitted to the Clinic Director.
• A full refund or rescheduled appointment may be offered where the clinician becomes unavailable or a technical failure occurs on the clinic's side.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days via the original method of payment whenever possible.
• For pre-paid packages or services, the cancellation policy will be outlined in the specific terms associated with that package.
